Before you order

The useful answers.

Handmade ceramics have character. The ordering process should not have mystery.

Will my piece look exactly like the photo?

Each piece is made and finished by hand, so small variations in tone, texture, and detail are part of the work. We confirm the selected form, size, finish, and current batch before payment.

Are plants and saucers included?

Plants are not included. Plato Macetero saucers are sold separately unless a bundle specifically lists one. Match saucers by diameter in centimeters.

How does shipping or pickup work?

Choose your preference in the order request. We confirm safe packing, destination, timing, and the exact charge before payment. Heavy or fragile multi-piece sets may need a custom quote.

Why is this an order request instead of instant checkout?

These pieces are handmade and finish availability can vary. We verify the exact order and final delivered total first, so you do not pay for something unavailable or receive a surprise freight charge.
